Leads product development team with development, execution, and launch of products across the retirement business, inclusive of both Public and Private sector plans. Highly visible, recognized thought leader who builds productive relationships. Develops a long-term strategy for product development, drives alignment to a pipeline of products, and executes effectively against that pipeline to deliver Retirement Plans strategic and financial goals. The position significantly impacts the overall business. 

DIRECT REPORTS: At least three associates (Director level) report directly to this position. At least five associates report indirectly to this position. 

JOB REQUIREMENTS: 
Education: Undergraduate degree in marketing, business, insurance, or related field. MBA preferred. 
Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in product development, pricing, sales, marketing, operations, or relationship management. Specific financial services product development or Retirement Plans experience a plus. 
Knowledge: A significant portion of the experience should be positions responsible to the distribution channel for this position, product development, and/or the actuarial function.

•Excellent oral and written communication skills used to interact with all levels of internal and external personnel; Represents company with customers, distribution partners and on industry committees. 
•Ability to develop, manage, and evaluate diverse projects and analyze, prioritize, evaluate, and make decisions. 
•Strong formal leadership skills, including the ability to manage and develop talent within the organization. Strong informal leadership skills, including the ability to influence without direct authority. 

Certification: FINRA Series 6 and 26 licenses required.
