The position can be based in Philadelphia, Charlotte or the Bay area. 

- 15+ years of risk management experience in international banking, preferably in correspondent banking, corporate cash management, trade services, payments or other relevant risk management functions. 
- Detailed knowledge of trade finance, international and domestic payment systems a must 
- Credit training required 
- In-depth knowledge of international financial institutions, country risk and compliance issues. 
- Analytical, process-oriented, a self starter and detail-oriented 
- Experience leading in a matrix environment globally. 
- Industry experience in financial market infrastructure or other payment organizations or bodies. 

Responsible for managing Global Payment Services' Sales, Customer Delivery and Liability and Liquidity Products teams with projected revenues in 2011 of $383MM.
