Fluency in Core Java 
Experience with Java GUI toolkits (Swing, AWT etc) 
4+ years of software development experience with emphasis on Java 
BS in Computer Science, or equivalent (advanced degrees a plus) 
Passion for building top-quality user-interface products 
Strong communication skills 

Preferred: 
Familiarity with market data concepts, trading technologies and technical experience of systems used within the capital & financial markets is a big plus
