Compensation: $110K - $120K / Year

· Managing organizational resources efficiently - time, people, budget 
· Developing and maintaining cost-conscious project plans that meet organizational objectives and timelines for both technology solutions and business process improvements 
· Identifying key project stakeholders both internally and externally, including vendors, and managing those relationships in support of a comprehensive approach to each project 
· Managing and communicating the status of active and pending projects to all stakeholders on a regular basis 
· Create and maintain meeting minutes and action items 
· Managing issue escalation and resolution 
· Assessing the scope of projects, including the direct and indirect costs of completion 

Competencies 
At least 8+ years of project management and experience and two or more years of previous experience as a technical project contributor 

MUST have agile development process experience; at least one year experience managing the agile process in a dynamic environment across multiple applications and stakeholders 



Knowledge, Skills, Abilities 

· Operates effectively, and with a sense of possibility, in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment 

· High sense of urgency with ability to drive results 

· Detailed knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and Project is required. 

· Detailed knowledge of Jira and Visio is highly preferred 

· Must be detail-oriented, extremely organized, and have exceptional writing and communicating skills 

· Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks concurrently 
· Strong presentation skills to all levels of leadership with proven expertise in managing meetings, presentations, and design sessions. Includes coordination of regular project and ad-hoc meetings and working sessions. 
· Risk assessment, negotiation and problem resolution skills 

Academic Qualifications 
Bachelor's degree , PPM certification a plus 
Certified Scrum Master
