Consulting Experience with a large firm 
BI/DW experience 
Cross technology, cross industry experience. 

You need to be able to go to a client (whatever the industry is) sit down with the Sr Management and Executives help them define what their need is, come up with a solution, design it, do a road map etc. and then hand it off to that BI/DW Vertical to run it and the implementation.
