· Elicit requirements and critically evaluate information gathered into low-level functional requirements 

· Strong analytical skills to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements 

· Ability to proactively communicate and collaborate with internal clients and ability to deliver functional requirements, use cases, interface designs 

· Work with developers and domain experts to establish technical vision and analyze trade-offs between usability and performance requirements 

· Utilize experience in enterprise-wide requirements definition, management systems and methodologies 

· Multitasking a must 

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of executives, managers and domain experts 

· Financial experience and background a must 

· Bilingual English/Spanish
