· Strong functional background of Online Auction Sites (Retail and/or wholesale) and Trading Desk – Business processes, work flows and interaction with other supporting processes like Inventory, Content management, Payment, Settlement, Shipping and Handling etc. 
· Adept in Requirements Gathering, Business Modeling, Functional Specification Creation 
· Good grasp and exposure to supporting systems and solutions – rules engine, BPM 
· Excellent communication and Documentation skills 
· Experience with Agile / Scrum Methodology – story writing highly desirable
