- Expert C++ programming skills, along with STL, Boost, networking, 
threading 
- Ability to write sizable applications and manage complexity using 
software engineering best-practices, and other methods 
- Familiarity with bash, Ruby, Lua, Ext JS (or other Javascript 
frameworks), MySQL, and MongoDB a bonus 
- Excellent object oriented programming and problem-solving skills 
- Extensive Linux experience 
- Financial knowledge NOT required 
- This person may be assigned to work with our clients (teams/traders who use our platform) - must have good communication skills, willingness to help and problem solve 

MUST have network-level protocols / network-level programming.
