VP Delivery Services
Compensation: $220K - $250K / Year

MUST COME FROM CONSULTING
§ Manage a team of 60+ responsible for onsite implementation, project management, training and other consulting services
§ VP will have a
3-4 directors as direct reports. Each director will own a group of projects and will be responsible for coaching / managing the PM on each project
§ Director will maintain regular contact with customer management at each project
§ Director is primary internal & external escalation point for any project issues (VP is escalation point beyond directors)
§ Primary responsibility for on-time, on-budget software implementations
§ Business development to position and sell services to new clients in support of Global Sales
§ Work with VP Services Operations to ensure that projects are adequately staffed
§ Financial services experience preferred
