Solid experience developing consulting solutions and then going out and selling them independently
Be Practice Leadership material. Meaning, can sell and deliver and manage a P&L
Be entrepreneurs, looking for someone to fund their desire to start their own small company within a larger one
Strategy AND delivery experience (and willing to do delivery when called upon)

Roles exist for:
Pharma Industry Lead
Consumer Industry Lead – Will focus on developing a competency around CRM in a B2C world. This is a cross vertical role and not just Retail and Consumer Goods.
Sales Performance Lead – Focused on selling Sales Force Automation to all verticals. The spin here is that this person is focused on selling “sales effectiveness” as opposed to selling just CRM. This person can speak with a VP of sales at any Fortune 500 company and explain how Cognizant can help him sell more goods and services.

CRM Revitalization
CRM/BPM Lead

Domestic US travel is a regular part of the job
