1. Enterprise Database Architect 
2. Designed/Redesigned Logical & Physical Data Models for Large scale Databases 
3. Performance Tuning for Large applications – on DB, Integration and App layers 
4. Experience working with Performance tuning and optimization of Oracle 10g & 11g 
5. Good Integration experience / has worked on Data Access Layer in J2EE applications 
6. Strong analytical and problem solving skills with ability to work within team environment, guide the team and work independently when needed 
7. Very Good Communication Skills 

Desired Skills: 
1. Project Management skills 

Job Roles / Responsibilities: 
1. Work with teams to identify Performance Tuning opportunities in DB / Data Access Layers of ISOP 
2. Performance Tuning 
3. Implement Data Model changes incrementally / as required to improve overall performance
