Finance Project Manager-- Atlanta, GA

This is a NEW job opening for a Project Manager in the Finance Group. This position will report into the CFO.



Responsibilities:

Coordinate strategic planning across the US group.

Works with Senior Management on the Controls documentation.

Handles finance communication internally and for the group reporting.

Manage finance special projects.

Serves on various task forces and groups for the betterment of the finance operation.



Qualifications:

Broad knowledge of accounting practices and procedures.

Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills; ability to establish and cultivate internal working relationships & ability to work across all functions/levels as part of a team, including supervision of staff.

Exceptional analytical, problem solving and communication (oral and written) skills.

Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills.

Flexibility to work in a dynamic and sometimes stressful and demanding environment, other requiring extended hours.

Ability to work well in a team environment.

Strong knowledge and proficiency in MS Office (especially excel).

Working knowledge of statutory accounting.



Education / Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.

Ten years total experience with at least three years in public accounting.

Industry experience a plus.
