- knows the key differences of the implementation details of prototype.js and jquery.js 

- knows the implementation details of prototypical inheritance and knows how to implement features of a classical inheritance system on top of it 

o private variables 

o one-liner class extension statement 

- knows how to implement jQuery.proxy() / Ext.createDelegate() 

- knows obscure IE-specific issues (asynchronous script loading, what triggers long-running script exception) 

- knows key FF optimizations and performance issues 

- Deep knowledge of with JS module pattern 

- Deep knowledge of with event-driven programming 

- Can define and use the following keywords 

o prototype, constructor, __proto__, this, arguments, apply, eval, var 

- can create instantiatable, extendable, classes using prototypical inheritance 

- knows key IE-specific issues (doctype, box-model, css bugs, Jscript) 

- familiar with important AJAX techniques 

o long-poll, hidden iFrame, script injection 

- knows how scoping works 

Deep experience with extjs a huge plus.
