4 + years of experience, Demonstrate thorough knowledge of basic Java skills, Demonstrate thorough knowledge and working experience with Fair Isaac's Blaze Advisor rule engine. Candidate must be familiar with the latest version of Blaze Advisor, its main features such as pattern, rule flow, rule templates, decision tree metaphor, decision table metaphor and rule maintenance application (RMA). Previous experience with time attendant and payroll system is preferred. Work closely with business analyst and translate the business requirement into rules format. Have through knowledge in term of how to test the rule based system. Working knowledge of Oracle SQL. Have strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills.
