· Minimum two years experience leading a technical team (this is preferred but not required)
· A minimum of four years hands-on experience in the administration and/or configuration of systems supporting client teams
· In depth functional working knowledge of at least one of the following applications: Workday, Kronos, Taleo, SAP, Peoplesoft, ADP, Salesforce.com

Preferred Experience:
· Strong Microsoft Access and Excel
· Experience with Microsoft Visual Basic , Python, Perl or other Scripting Language
· Experience with Web services (SOAP/WSDL or REST)
