The role of VP Sales is to aggressively market our SaaS based solutions into the largest agencies and media conglomerates in the world, providing disruptive and necessary resolutions to senior decision-makers.

The job requires strong B2B technology sales experience, ideally enterprise oriented, within software sales environments and proven sale management experience.

Previous experience selling into the media vertical is an advantage, however we will take into consideration backgrounds with B2B Internet technology with the intellectual capacity to drive and succeed. This is a high profile opportunity with a very aggressive base salary and variable compensation structures.

Responsibilities
» Mentor and coach top quality salespeople
» Recruit and select salespeople who can achieve revenue targets, and contribute to the growth of the business
» Drive productivity and efficiency within the sales team and across departments within the organization
» Develop meaningful sales processes
» Leverage and cultivate long-term relationships with top decision makers in the advertising, marketing-technology and social networking spaces

Desired Skills
» 10+ years of experience in a sales role in the digital marketing space; 5+ years of successful sales management experience
» Bachelor's degree from a top-tier school, MBA a plus
» Proven track record of successfully prospecting and closing sales within the media vertical, SaaS experience preferred
» Passion for social marketing and technology
» Exceptional interpersonal skills, including superb written and oral communication skills
» Proven ability to thrive under tight deadlines while successfully juggling a multitude of projects simultaneously
» Extreme level of energy, highly self-motivated, and a passion for success
» Solid understanding of business software and marketing ecosystems
» A strong and demonstrably successful track record in sales to agencies and CMOs, a strong list of contacts, and a proven ability to generate, negotiate and close ad sales deals
