- Contract administration including upload of new contracts (lease, loan and swaps) into ALFA (financial management system); invoices, period sets and rate set.

- Preparation/review of wires and or debit letters for contract payments

- Review of accounting entries and month-end journals

- Assist in review and maintenance of general ledger

- Assume responsibilities of department head when out of the office

- Special projects as assigned

EXPERIENCE: 5 to 7 years of relevant experience required. Accounting knowledge.

SKILLS: Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word. Ability to prioritize. Must be organized.

Some overtime required.
