Description:The Enterprise Application Integration Manager will lead activities related to the design, development, and implementation of enterprise information systems. This individual will apply proven communication skills, problem-solving skills, and knowledge of best practices to guide their development team on issues related to the design, development, and deployment of mission-critical information and software systems. The Enterprise Application Integration Manager is also responsible for planning and coordinating process improvement activities and supporting maintenance and software upgrade / implementation efforts. Major accountabilities are, system integration and business process improvements, problem identification and recovery, system efficiency and effectiveness associated with Payroll, Financial, Human Resources, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.

Candidate Profile and Experience
Working knowledge of any of the following applications: Workday, Kronos, Taleo, SAP, Peoplesoft, ADP, Salesforce.com, or other ERP, HRIS, G/L products
Familiarity with Software as a Service (SaaS) and Cloud deployed solutions
Build and mentor a high performing technical team
Excellent organization & multi-tasking skills, must be able to manage multiple projects at the same time
Strong interpersonal skills
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
A team player and ability to build consensus with business and technology partner teams
Works independently but able to collaborate and communicate ideas effectively including across organizational boundaries
Ensure projects are being done properly, on time, and up to our high standards
Proactive and creative problem solver with an intellectual interest in current and new technologies
Experience designing and implementing integrations for a web based application
Desired Skills

Experience with Microsoft Visual Basic, Python, Perl or other Scripting Language
Familiarity with Unix and Windows commands and scripting
Experience with XML
Experience with Web services (SOAP/WSDL or REST)
Excel, MS Access
Experience

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
Minimum of 1 year experience leading a technical team
Minimum of 3 years hands-on experience in the administration and/or configuration of systems supporting any of the following client teams: Human Resources, Finance or a CRM client team
