Description: Job Summary 
Manages PeopleSoft (HRIS) implementation project by planning, executing and finalizing action items according to set deadlines and budget. This includes executing an RFI/RFP process, assisting in vendor selection, and then acquiring resources and coordinating efforts across various teams (internal and third party) to deliver projects according to plan. 

Experience 
? 7+ years direct work experience with PeopleSoft HCM 8.9 or later products in a project management capacity, including all aspects of process development and execution. 
? 7 - 10 years demonstrated experience and expertise in design, implementation and upgrade methodology, and management of full system life-cycle PeopleSoft implementations. 
? Strong depth and breadth of experience implementing and leveraging PeopleSoft and PeopleTools functionality including (but not limited to) navigation collections, pagelets, work centers, reporting console, etc. 
? Experience in managing the selection process for Implementation Partners especially with the RFP creation, assessing and evaluating prospective vendors, the interview process as well as the financial analysis. 
? Experience in managing the working relationship with Implementation Partners including resource and cultural issues, change and scope management and ongoing risks 

Competencies 
Knowledge 
? Understanding of business strategy and how to translate that into systems implementation. 
? Functional and technical knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM module. 
? Excellent understanding of HRIS project requirements and process. 
? Familiarity and experience with project management software tools (MS Project, Power Steering). 
? Solid understanding of all HR business processes (Recruiting, HR, Payroll, Performance Management, etc.).

? Superior communication skills and ability to communicate with multiple teams for the project and  customers. 
? Strong interpersonal and management skills. 
? Ability to manage projects and system processes. 
? Flexibility and adaptability to situations as per requirements is a must. 
? Team building and Leadership skills to build and maintain positive rapport between customers and other resources. 
? Must possess risk assessment skills 
? Proven problem solving skills demonstrated by the ability to think out of the box and generate proposed solutions 

Professional Coursework 
? PMP Certification preferred 
? SPHR or other HR certification preferred
