Description:	Must come from consulting  • Advanced knowledge of Banking industry, back office, reconciliations, securities, asset management  • Knowledge of project management methodology and tools  • Certification or equivalent practical experience with PMI, PMP, Six Sigma, ISO, and/or related project methodologies and disciplines  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office packages.  • Advanced negotiation skills to negotiate complex issues  • Requires leadership skills to provide guidance to others  • Requires ability to estimate the content and duration of tasks  • Requires written and oral communications skills required to explain technical concepts to customers  • Requires organisational skills to ensure deadlines are met  • Requires analytical skills to analyse data, do research diagnose and solve problems  • Requires problem solving skills to solve diverse problems  • Requires decision making skills to make procedural decisions  • Must be able to project a confident and professional image at all times when dealing with customers and manage their expectations.  • High level of presentation skills that displays both confidence and professionalism to the customer.  • Willingness to do 50% travel  MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES  • Define the scope and terms for the contract for professional services including the pricing arrangements.
