Description:	2+ years Cognos development of reports. Knowledge of Cognos infrastructure, report generation, DB Integration. Ability to tune and configure Cognos. Deployment of Cognos reports. Ability to tune and configure Cognos servers. Understanding of the Cognos application 8 and higher and their interactions with infrastructure component - Relational Databases (Oracle, and IBM DB2/UDB). Working knowledge on a variety of operating systems (e.g., AIX, Solaris, Windows, z/OS, etc.). Basic knowledge of networking concepts (e.g., TCP/IP, SSL, etc.). Identify and escalate risks uncovered during testing and suggest remediation actions. Coordinate test and rollout schedules with other Infrastructure teams. Ability to plan and prioritize work and meet project deadlines. Must be self motivated and work well with other groups. Working with an enterprise wide, large scale implementation. Experience working in a government or civil service environment. Excellent communication skills (Oral and written) interpersonal, and organizational skills are required.
