Primary Skills: P&C insurance training, property and casualty insurance training
Description: • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Management, or other related field; Master’s degree preferred;
• ASTD and PHR/SPHR certification preferred;
• Ten (10) years of experience developing and delivering P&C insurance training; additional experience in training insurance products, agent training, customer service and/or sallies training strongly preferred;
• Five (5) years of experience supervising an insurance training team focused on delivering technical skills for claims, underwriting, customer service, marketing and/or sales;
• Strong knowledge of functional competencies for insurance professional development; ability to create curricula to support career pathing;
• Strong customer service, needs analysis and consultative skills;
• Solid organization and project management skills;
• Ability to work cooperatively within a matrix environment;
• Experience in the financial services industry – P&C Insurance industry required;
• CPCU or other insurance professional designations strongly preferred; and
• Experience using training technology including learning management systems – familiarity with PeopleSoft and Mazinga a plus.
