Job ID: | Job-0694 | Job Title: | Health Plan Account Manager/PM | location: | Lyndhurst, NJ | Jobtype: | Permanent | Rate: | up to $90K | Primary Skills: | health insurance | Description: | MUST HAVE CLIENT FACING EXP IN THE HEALTH INSURANCE INDUSTRY · Cultivate in-depth relationships with client and partners including meeting face-to-face with customers to enhance the relationship building, customer satisfaction and revenue retention. · Drives the on-boarding process of new clients as they transition from our sales team. · Participates in joint sessions with the client to prepare the Statement of Work for client engagement. · Serves as the liaison to the client and represents the customer’s perspective in the solutions being developed. · Communication of client goals and strategic initiatives to the internal team. · Manages interdepartmental coordination by scheduling and facilitating weekly meetings. · Tracks both internal and customer deliverables related to the development and maintenance of client-facing initiatives ensuring delivery expectations are maintained. · Works directly with the respective project teams in order to maintain a continuous knowledge of project status and thereby able to identify potential issues and/or opportunities within or related to the project. · Responsible for client communications, conflict resolution, and compliance on client deliverables and revenue. · Provides regular two-way communication between the client and internal team, providing strong client representation in internal discussion while setting proper client expectations. · Reviews all major deliverables (i.e. business rules, functional specs, technical requirements, etc.), to ensure quality standards and client expectations are met. · Ensures that client issues are dealt with in an effective manner, informing the VP of Health Plans of any potential concerns as they arise; provides recommendations, plans for addressing these issues and implements the execution of these tactics as needed. · Full understanding of company capabilities/vision, and effectively communicates all offerings to the client. · Aware and in pursuit of opportunities for account growth and new business; once identified, involve the VP of Health Plans or other support (actively looks for areas to increase revenue when/where appropriate). · Develops renewal SOWs in concert with an existing client and is responsible for contract extensions. · Approves Change Orders and invoices, and is responsible for maintaining all client records. · Researches, prepares and develops client-facing presentations as needed. · Provides regular input on all account activity, including status and call reports on a weekly basis. · Provide monthly performance reporting, including earned value/on budget, time and work completion, along with strategic analysis. · Provide thought leadership and support for client teams across strategy, ideation, and execution. · As needed, assists in the presentation of new business initiatives including the proposal development and presentation process.
