The Strategic Consulting practice is focused on increasing value to our clients by assessing and implementing best practice process, technology and quality solutions. You will be conducting assessments of our client’s software development methodology, architecture and QA practices using our effectiveness model. Using the results of this assessment, you will be responsible for creating a gap analysis and action plan to improve these areas of our client’s development practices in conjunction with global software development delivery. Responsibilities: - Will work with the Sales, Solutions and Delivery teams to ensure complete understanding of the consulting offerings - Directly participate in sales activities to promote consulting offerings with clients and prospects - Conduct Engineering Effectiveness assessments at client sites throughout the world - Work with delivery team to ensure effective implementation of recommendations - Recruit additional consultants as necessary to support consulting activities such as Agile Coaching, architecture refactoring or QA Automation. Must understand SDLC, and critical elements of software development processes, Agile methodology
Must have been part of either a software development team or in previously in a Program Mgmt or Product Mgmt role
