Excellent verbal and written communications skills. Self motivated and a team player. Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks to completion with minimal supervision. Passionate self-starter with a high degree of integrity. Ability to build relationships at all levels. Good interpersonal skills. Travel expectations are 70-85%. Successful completion of a background screening process including, but not limited to, employment verifications, criminal search, OFAC, and SS verification. Successful completion of a credit check, for those travel related roles that will require the candidate to obtain the appropriate credit line required to travel. Preferred Requirements:
Recent operational experience in back office environment and/or project management/ management consulting experience in process improvement, productivity based projects and initiatives. Six Sigma and/or Lean knowledge helpful.
The Back Office Application Sales Consultant is responsible to support the sales team in meeting bookings targets through executing a business driven sales methodology that links our solutions with the prospect’s business problems and creating competitive advantage.
Principal Duties and Essential Responsibilities: Execute the Company’s sales strategies and support achievement of established sales quota. Sales quota will be based on overall regional and national targets. Through a consultative approach use industry knowledge and best practices, coupled with knowledge of how the firm’s solutions can drive improvement to secure new business and differentiate us from our competition. Working with account executives, support customer meetings as Back Office SME, including product knowledge and demonstration; plan and execute the Discovery stage of the sales process, identifying business opportunities, with a strong ROI, and lead results presentation meeting. Work in conjunction with our account executives and pre-sales technical consultants to derive a winning proposition and strategy for new business opportunities by leading the sales campaign. Through workshops and review meetings with customers drive an on-going knowledge gathering exercise with the ultimate aim of securing additional business within the current customer base. Where required, perform consultative role during the pre-sales process, including ROI analysis, Pilot/POC analysis. Work collaboratively on cross functional teams to continually support Operational Consultancy and Training offerings to ensure that our customers get the best value for the solutions and services we offer. Development and maturing of a formal methodology to evolve and monitor operational, business and procedural requirements to meet agreed ROI and KPI targets. Be seen as a ‘Thought Leader’ within Back Office Operations with quality driven disciplines and methodologies. Must be able to manage and guide customer sales engagements and single point of contact for account executives. Serve as a role model; mentoring the sales team in transferring skills and knowledge for solution selling.
