The Client Partner is responsible for overall account management within one foundational account. At assigned account, the Account Director is accountable for the overall account relationship, new business development to grow and working with delivery to ensure quality services in accordance with known client expectations. 

Specific responsibilities include: 
· Account Management: 
o Primary point of contact and accountability for the client relationship, contract and booking/revenue performance 
o Develop and maintain executive-level client relationships 
o Advises and is a trusted partner to client IT executives 
o Responsible for the development and execution of the Integrated Account Strategy 
o Leads organization to produce compelling value propositions to target client’s that are based on a thorough understanding of the client’s industry and business requirements 

· Delivery: 
o Effectively collaborates with extended client support team (delivery & business development) to manage demand requirements, sourcing, service expectations, and overall client satisfaction 
o Excellent coordination and communication across multiple geographies in a unified style to produce optimized client results 
o Experience working in a highly visible, distributed work force environment with significant multi-tasking capability as a team player 

· Corporate Controls: 
o Maintain necessary controls for named accounts, such as pricing, forecasting, staffing, and monthly billing. 

· Travel: 
o Willing to travel at least 10% 

Position Requirements: 
The candidate should posses a proven track record with at least 15 years of relevant work experience, and should have recent experience in managing, delivering and selling technology consulting or development services. Strong customer and employee references are required. 

Subject matter expertise in financial services 
Excellent verbal/written communication skills, organization skills and attention to detail 
Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize, organize, and multi-task successfully 
Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle confidential matters with a high degree of professionalism 
Considerable poise and tact necessary with both internal and external personnel 
A positive attitude, ability to work well with others, and willingness to work until the task is done is a must have
