Rate: up to $65K +bonus
Description: Provide first-level of support to our customers. 

First-level support: 

Answers in-bound calls or emails, and provides first-level application help desk support to end users. Provide courteous customer service to users in order to resolve basic application problems. 
Determine cause of application error (or issue) and provide guidance to end users for resolution. If the error (or issue) cannot be resolved at the first-level, case ticket numbers are assigned and issues are routed to appropriate product support team for resolution. 
Analyze and document application malfunctions. 
Responsible for tracking reported issues. 

Mandatory: 
· Experience with Java, PowerBuilder or SQL server. 
· Must be able to work in team environment and co-ordinate with product development staff. 
· Bachelor Degree is required 

Preferable 
· Qualified candidates ideally should have some professional experience working in a technical support role within a customer support organization, preferably with a software company. 
· Knowledge of trade finance products
