Must be familiar with the latest version of Blaze Advisor, its main features such as pattern, rule flow, rule templates, decision tree metaphor, decision table metaphor and rule maintenance application (RMA).
Thorough knowledge of basic Java skills, and working experience with Fair Isaac's Blaze Advisor rule engine. Working knowledge of Oracle SQL. Previous experience with time attendant and payroll system preferred. Work closely with business analyst and translate the business requirement into rules format. Have thorough knowledge in terms of how to test the rule based system. Have strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills.
