Our websites receive millions of page views per day, are highly scalable and built on to of the ASP.NET framework. Our company has offices in New York and London. The majority of the business development, marketing and customer service takes place in London. The majority of the technical resources are located in NYC. The appropriate candidate is a self-starter who doesn't need to be overly managed to maintain schedules and hit deadlines. The Web Developer will report to the Manager of Engineering. The compensation offer is highly competitive and the benefits are good. The position is located in New York City. The following skills and experience are required: ? 1-3 years web development experience within the full software development lifecycle. ? Experience building web applications in C# ? Experience with the full web development toolkit including understanding of front end technologies such as JavaScript, CSS, Ajax, and HTML. ? Experience building sites optimized for mobile deliverability. ? Understanding mobile application development a plus. ? Experience interfacing with web services in real-time web applications and integrating feeds from third party entities. ? Aware of web standards, their purpose, benefits and appropriateness along with exposure to potential issues that will arise ? Experience working with e-commerce platforms and payment processors ?
