My client is the midtown office of an international hedge fund. It is a demanding environment with people who need things done FAST! You will support about 45 people (growing to 50 by end of year) and need to have good desktop support underpinnings (their a Win 7/64 bit environment with some 2010). They train you with market data feeds (any experience with Bloomberg or Reuters is a plus). You need light Active Directory experience (create a group or an Exchange mailbox). Any Cisco VOIP experience is a plus What is most important is solid desktop support experience, the willingness to do whatever is necessary, take direction and a hunger to learn.
