Description:    Essential Functions: 
• Lead the technical component of mobile projects; collaborating with our team and clients to come up with technical approaches that solve problems? 
• Front-end development (JavaScript/HTML/CSS) 
• Development of rich web content for a variety of mobile experiences 
• Development of user interfaces for both internal and client-faced administration and CMS 
• Converts designs and specifications into computer code 
• Writes and maintains basic documentation to describe program development, logic, coding, testing, changes, and corrections 
• Answering technical questions from our internal teams and our clients 
• Working with our project manager to plan/schedule and keep digital projects on track 
• Utilizes sound decision making skills and communicates well with other team members and business users. Identifies problems and recommends solutions. 
• Ability to lead a team of 2-5 people. 

Qualifications: 
• B.S./B.A. in Computer Science or equivalent work experience 
• Strong understanding of object oriented design & programming 
• Deep understanding of JavaScript and prominent libraries such as JQuery 
• Working knowledge of CSS and semantic HTML 
• Experience with AJAX, JSON, and XML 
• Mobile app experience preferred 
• Ability to communicate effectively with business side clients to gather and translate functional specs 
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
