Description: Self-sufficient in providing daily support of cash management products and services by understanding both technical and business aspects. Understand product life cycle and execute discipline product management. Manage external/internal projects by working closely with vendors and internal departments located in the Americas. Liaison with corporate sales organizations to position the product and promote new enhancements. Manage exceptional requests from clients and proritize the development workload. Handle internal product training and client demonstration. Responsible for providing internal procedure manual, user manual, reference documents, client presentation material, and etc. Responsible for providing monthly statistic reports to upper management.
EXPERIENCE: 5+ years of experience in Cash Management Services at a Financial Institution (excluding retail branch experience).
BS, BA degree or equivalent experience.
SKILLS: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proven ability to learn quickly and work together with the team. Ability to work under pressure and meet time critical deadlines. Ability to adapt to changing environment. Proficiency in MS office and internet application. Demonstrate cultural sensitivity and awareness. Spanish and/or Portugese speaking preferred, but NOT Required.
Minor traveling is required.
