Description:    7+ years of accounting experience and be a CPA in the State of New York. 
Strong technical accounting (GAAP) skills. 
Strong Microsoft Excel skills (PivotTables, Macros). 
•High attention to detail and strong analytical skills. 
•Ability to multi-task in a deadline-oriented environment. 
•Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a Global team environment. Description 
• Prepare annual and quarterly financial reports including annual report footnote disclosures. 
• Key contact for year-end audit work. 
• Research and implement US GAAP pronouncements. 
• Develop, document, and communicate key global accounting procedures for both monthly and quarterly processes. 
• Prepare monthly account reconciliations. 
• Review of all contracts to ensure proper accounting is followed. 
• Assist manager with corporate consolidation. 
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
