Description:    - Will be doing migrations, administrative tasks, request tickets, incident tickets, troubleshooting 
- Needs to know how to install, configure, and troubleshoot software 
- Experience in MicroStrategy development is a plus 
- Work within a team, provide documentation, be able to teach others what you learned 
- Person will be on call on occasion
