Description:    • As part of a cross-functional agile software team, define the architecture for the development of new and innovative Android libraries and apps 
• Collaborate with product owners, UX designers, and sometimes users to define clear requirements, deliverables, and timelines for mobile applications development 
• Lead the technical analysis and evaluation of new technologies, vendors, products, and product enhancements with a strong point of view on end-user functionality and an eye for highly usable user interface design 
• Maintenance and engineering support for currently deployed and future products 
• Provide hands on approach to mobile development and the ability to communicate strategy, process, and development status at all levels of the organization when necessary 

Requirements: 
• BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent 
• Over five years of experience developing interactive applications in Java 
• Over two years of mobile application development experience, particularly with Android, preferably on tablet platform 
• Prior experience on designing and architecting mobile application solutions 
• Strong understanding of server side software, scalability, performance, and reliability aspects 
• Must have the ability to deliver on strategic concepts including the ability to prioritize to ensure near-term deliverables. 
• Ability to operate in a high-energy, high-intensity and rapidly evolving environment 
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
