Description:    WILL CONSIDER A CONSULTANT 

Ability to manage both functional and technical resources in the analysis, design, build, and testing of a Force.com-based implementation 
Provide guidance to technical development teams on solution for complex problems, with the ability to break down the full scope requirements into discrete, manageable pieces for allocation to sprints in the Agile approach. 
Assess trade-offs and suggest best approach for integrations to external systems 
Provide user acceptance test plans and assistance during user testing. 
Provide guidance in the development of solution documentation 
Supervise Perform code reviews and implement coding standards / guidelines to development teams 

Skills Required 

At least 10 years experience with technology. Consulting experience preferred. 
Ability and willingness to relocate to Portland, OR (long term project) 
Business requirement and process documentation expertise 
Experience with Salesforce configuration 
Experience in Force.com custom implementation projects 
Experience with Agile methodology 
Must have strong analytical, organizational and problem solving skills 
Ability to work with clients/client executives; extensive onshore project management experience 
Strong written and verbal communication skills 
Salesforce.com Administrator Certification 

Preferred Skills 

Developer Certifications 
Knowledge of ETL tools such as Informatica and Cast Iron. 
Salesforce.com development experience. Force.com platform experience
