Description:    Should have significant experience within the strategy consulting sector with a strong understanding of operations, business models and strategies; with a minimum of 2 years' experience in energy consulting. Gas & Power knowledge is desirable but an understanding of the major issues driving the oil & gas business is key. 

Well-developed team building and influencing skills; unquestioned integrity; and the experience, confidence, and stature to effectively address client and business needs and challenges. 

Proven project leader with the ability to choose appropriate analytical resources for an assignment, oversee team progress during projects to assure professionalism, on-time completion and delivery of projects. 

A bachelor degree in business, finance/economics or engineering/science. An MBA or other advanced degree
