Description:    3+ years sw testing and validation experience 

BUSINESS KNOWLEDGE IS A MUST (could be one of the asset classes or trading applications or similar) Must be able to read C++ code Excellent communications skills - will be working with developers, traders and manager. 

Eventually this person will be involved in setting up automated testing, writing scripts, etc.
