Candidate Must Have: 
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources or a related field., 
8 years direct HR generalist experience along with experience in Labor Relations, consulting, coaching and counseling skills with senior business leaders., 
Experience leading teams and possess strong analytical, organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal, and demonstrated track record of positive labor and employee relations., 
Solid knowledge of HR laws and regulations, 
Ability to make recommendations to effectively resolve problems or issues, by using judgment that is consistent with company policies, procedures, regulations or government law. 


Responsible for the strategic leadership of human resources activities to support business and organizational objectives for the site in West Palm Beach (about 400 employees). 

Responsibilities include: 

*Manage one or more direct HR professionals. 

*Manage all employee and labor relation activities for West Palm Beach site. Will work as a strategic business partner to ensure HR strategies are aligned to support the business and transition activities. 

*Accountability to drive innovative and effective human resources strategies that support the organization’s business objectives. 

*Partner with leadership to plan and execute strategies that ensure maximum engagement and retention of human resource capital. 

*Ensure the application of various HR processes and programs such as employee fulfillment and retention, employee/labor relations, compensation and salary planning, development, performance management, talent acquisition, resource allocation, affirmative action planning, diversity agenda, leadership and succession planning and their alignment with organizational needs and business strategies. 

*Establish and maintain positive working relationships with the bargaining unit workforce, local management and Union officials. 

*Leading and managing contractual obligations such as grievance procedure, arbitration hearings and dispute resolution leading role in union contract negotiations.
