7 years of experience with: 

SQL Server database and application tools (integration services, analysis services, reporting services, SQL Server Agent). 
System Administration functions. 
Content Management Systems (ex. Ektron & SiteCore). 
Security, data encryption, authentication and authorization. 

Must have 5 years of experience in OLTP/OLAP technologies, SOA technologies. 

Must have 3 years of experience in: 
Microsoft Team Foundation Server. 
IIS and ColdFusion. 
web services and related standards (WS-*). 
Must be a US Citizenbecause the client will help you get clearance
