Roles & Responsibilities: 
· Elicit and validate Business Requirements, and provide direction to the project team on installation and configuration of the PeopleSoft Project Costing product. 
· Contribute to structuring a detailed project plan that ensures all work is well defined, and schedule confidence is high. 
· Establish definition between Expense and Execution functions, and ensure solution is designed to logically separate Project Expense & Accounting functions from Project Execution functions. 
· Participate in management of risks, issues, assumptions and decisions. 
· Utilize expertise to ensure key decision or resolution dates are defined. 
· Collaborate with PPM/Execution team and other integration points to ensure holistic requirements are met and inter-dependencies defined. 
· Lead the team and provide product expertise through analysis, design, and development 
· Lead the team in establishing an implementation plan. 


Qualifications: 
· 8+ years of experience implementing PS Project Costing 
· Expertise at Project Costing functions, system configuration, integrations and customizations 
· Excellent communication, collaboration and presentation skills 
· Proven ability to influence, problem solving, and creatively solution issues in a team setting. 
· Technical aptitude; Expertise with PeopleSoft 9.1, Project Costing, PeopleSoft Financials (GL, AP, AM), Application interfaces, Data Integration 
· Experience with industry standard PPM products and IQN a plus 
· Business process aptitude; Experienced with Finance business processes and concepts, in particular project financials.
