Description:    Bachelor’s degree in Accounting 
Minimum of 10 years combined public private experience 
CPA preferred 
Limited domestic travel with potential for travel internationally 

Assistant Controller must also have knowledge of GAAP, IRC, FASB, accrual accounting, organizational auditing, fixed asset accounting, and familiarity with sales/personal property tax filings as well as income tax provisions for domestic and international subsidiaries. Candidate must have strong supervisory skills managing a staff of at least five accountants as well as strong analytical skills. Assistant Controller must possess strong computer skills in all Microsoft products. Knowledge of Oracle Financials helpful but not required.
