Pet/Animal Health industry experience 
BS/BA degree in a business discipline + 12 yrs broad management experience.,Ability to communicate ideas, concepts to all stake holders, at a global level, requiring good verbal, written, listening and persuasion skills.,Excellent organiztional and planning skills. Ability to recognize, understand and prioritize issues.,Broad management skills and a functionally broad technical understanding.,Ability to communicate ideas/concepts and convince stake holders at a global level. 

Responsibilities 
*Define the project profiles 
* Establish target product profiles through definition of proposed indications, countries, and markets, sales forecast, financial indicators, date of market launch and expected budget. 
* Use standard tools for project evaluation related to the financial indicators and risk assessment. 
* Maximize the project''s opportunities within the agreed project scope (time line and budget. 
* Planning the projects 
* Set up, implement and maintain the local and/or global project plans. 
* Define the required resources and budget to achieve the project goals and to obtain them by presentation to the appropriate decision making bodies. 
* Define, propose, and monitor project budgets in cooperation with the Project Team. 
* Integrated Change Control Process: identification, implementation and review of the necessary project changes (including forming the decision making body). 
*Leading and managing 
* Define the project strategies and goals in an assertive relationship with all functional departments, regions / countries and business units. 
* Communicates strategies and goals to the project team, regions, subsidiaries and functional departments. 
* Leads cross-functional local and/or global project teams (5-10 people). 
* Creates a positive working atmosphere with open networking. 
* Develops and maintains a close working relationship with AH Marketing, Research and Development departments, Operations and external partners. 
* Delegates responsibilities and goals for each project team member 
* Identifies critical issues for the project and defines an action plan for each issue 
* Communicates and champions the project within the Animal Health Organization.
