Systems Support Analyst
Provide clearly written Certification outcomes to our implementation consultants
Maintenance of documents supporting structured FIX Certification and onboarding process .
Management leadership and quality oversight of in-house and out-sourced FIX certification team.
Work with the FIX development team on upgrades and enhancements
Work with Production Support and external Clients on 2nd and 3rd level production support
Review FIX messages translate to troubleshoot issues
Reproduction of issues
Testing that fixes resolve issues on client environments Basic Qualifications (MUST HAVE THE BASIC & MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS)
7+ years systems support analysis experience. Minimum Qualifications
5 years experience FIX connectivity including a working knowledge of the following FIX workflows: single orders, program trading, baskets/lists, executions, allocations, IOI. Preferred Skills
FIX 4.2 protocol
CertiFIX, VeriFIX
Unix (vi), Windows 2003
Perl & Korn Shell
