Description:    The group you will be joining administers all employee incentive compensation programs including design, calculations, payouts and reporting as well as administering dealer profitability programs for another business. It also accounts for all budgeting and forecasting personnel costs and maintaining incentive accruals for certain businesses. 

This position is responsible for ensuring all employee incentive plans are calculated and paid accurately and within desired deadlines while adhering to incentive governance standards and processes. Will manage a staff of 4 individual contributors. 

Must have excellent project management and leadership skills, capability to manage deadlines and proven ability to work with cross functional teams. They will also have the experience of developing and implementing policy and process within a team. 

Basic Qualifications 
3+ years finance experience and 2+ years leadership experience. 

Minimum Qualifications 
- Proficient in MS Excel skills (specifically financial model building) 
- Research and problem solving skills 
- Extremely organized and multitask 
- Excellent and effective communication skills (both verbal and written) 
- Deadline oriented 
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment 
- Ability to collaborate and manage others (cross functional team) to help adhere to deadlines 

Preferred Skills 
- MS Access experience 
- CPA/accounting background preferred 
- Banking/Financial industry knowledge 
- Operations/Sales knowledge or background 
- Experience involving incentives
