Description:    Assist with directing Treasury accounting policy to ensure consistent and uniform accounting policies are developed and implemented in accordance with GAAP and the firm’s policies including assisting with operational implementation of conclusions. 
- Review financial and business data to ensure the accuracy and completeness of SEC disclosures and regulatory reporting information. 
- Manage projects to implement new or revised accounting standards and ensure appropriate controls are developed and put in place 
- Assist with investigation, response and resolution of audit questions or issues 
- Act as liaison between business group leaders, finance and operations and the Corporate Controller's Division. 
- Review financial reports including consolidated and subsidiary financial statements, footnotes and other external disclosures 

Minimum Qualifications 
-5+ years combined accounting/public accounting experience and CPA 
-Financial services experience 
-Accounting experience in areas pertinent to Treasury products (securities, derivatives and hedging, wholesale funding, BOLI) 
-Experience with financial reporting and complex accounting processes. 
-Strong knowledge and understanding of accounting concepts and practices and demonstrated ability to interpret and apply guidelines. 
-Ability to understand existing workflow and identify process improvements that will contribute to the effectiveness of our team.
