REQUIREMENTS: 

Background in structured finance with an ability to analyze, structure, market, negotiate and execute lease and asset based loan transactions. 

Existing professional network and an ability to expand/create a network required. 
Minimum 5 years of marketing experience. 
Extensive knowledge of lease and asset based lending transactions. 
Accounting and tax background required. 
Must have equipment and real estate knowledge. 
Excellent credit analysis knowledge and background . 
Experience in renewable energy financing and rail financing a plus. 
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. 
Strong presentation and negotiation skills. 
Good people skills, adaptable and able to work in a multinational environment. 
Proficient in MS Office. 
MBA preferred.
