Description:    Provide support for the Cash Management System applications including Lockbox, Remote Deposit, ACH processing, billing, check clearing, customer relationship management and customer onboarding. Responsible for gathering user requirements, documenting these requirements both from a business perspective and a technical perspective. Responsible for communicating these requirements to the appropriate technical support teams and the setting user expectations. 

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: 
Stable Job History
3 years of Business Analyst experience. 
Knowledge of Cash management products: Lockbox, Remote Deposit, ACH processing. 
College degree. 
Good writing skills. 
Good communication skills. 
AAP certification a plus.
