QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelors Degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or related discipline

3+ years of experience in analysis or a technical development role

Excellent written and verbal communications, including technical writing skills

Strong analysis and presentation skills required, including thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements

Superior research and problem solving skills founded on analytical rigor, strategic thinking and strong business judgment

Strong understanding of systems engineering concepts

Ability to understand, elicit, and document functional and non-functional requirements and their impact to business objectives

Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Word/Excel/Powerpoint), working knowledge of analytical software tools

High attention to details

Strong client service orientation

 

Responsibilities:

Work with business and technology leadership to define, prioritize and achieve strategic objectives for projects/platforms

Manage documentation of all aspects of solutions, including business requirements and other related documentation

Support business requirements' activities by providing end-to-end analysis with respect to reporting data requirements, data flows, data modeling, workflow context and design

Review test cases, prepare test data, and resolve issues

Develop troubleshooting and support documentation

Regularly communicate status of projects to stakeholders

Ensure business and functional requirements are met
