Requirements
Bachelor's degree in human resources, organizational development or related field, Master’s degree and SPHR, PHR or GPHR certification preferred.
10+ years human resources experience with at least 5+ years in HR management.
Demonstrated success in developing strategy, driving process improvement and effective partnering to lead critical business change.
Utilizes critical and conceptual thinking with effective results in highly fast paced and complex situations. Analytical, data driven/process approaches desired.
Must possess strong business acumen and analytical skills. Ability to understand Staffing’s links to all other HR Systems.
Excellent written and verbal communications skills; excellent presentation skills.
Extensive experience in staffing function creation and strong process excellence.
Ability to develop creative solutions and drive effective organizational change.
Experience with large, company-wide program implementation.
Experience developing and managing employer branding programs.
Proven track record in sourcing passive talent and executive recruiting.
Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS), social media and recruiting process workflows.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Demonstrated ability to work cooperatively and to collaborate with management, employees, vendors and candidates at all levels and across all lines of business.
Available for travel to domestic and international work locations.
Responsibilities
Develop and manage all staffing initiatives; continually assesses talent acquisition effectiveness and initiates technology, process and team performance improvements.
Consult directly with all levels of leadership which includes presenting proposals and updates to leadership/ line management.
Provides management and/or employees with consultation pertaining to effective sourcing practices, recruitment and interviewing practices as well as optimal on- boarding techniques.
Develop and implement recruiting plans to staff open requisitions while minimizing cost per hire.
Develop and administer employee referral programs.
Manage contractual relationships with placement agencies, contract recruiters; retained and contingent, job boards, job fairs and various internet job search websites for posting requisitions and surfacing candidates.
Manage the resume tracking system.
Ensure consistent corporate image throughout recruiting campaigns.
Serves as or oversee website content expert for Staffing & Recruitment.
Submits reports concerning hiring trends, turnover rates, candidate feedback, etc. to Human Resources staff and/or senior management, as appropriate.
Select, develop, and evaluate personnel. Makes final decisions on administrative or operational matters and ensures operations’ effective achievement of objectives.
Works on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth knowledge of the company. Participates in corporate development of methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for projects, programs, and people. Ensures budgets and schedules meet corporate requirements.
Regularly interacts with executives and/or major customers. Interactions frequently involve special skills, such as negotiating with customers or management or attempting to influence senior level leaders regarding matters of significance to the organization.
